Doing a budget build with my family company’s old hardware and a 1080ti turbo I had lying around. When I went to install my gpu, I found out the motherboard has capacitors that interfere with it between the 16 lane slot and the edge of the board. Is this just a bad mb design, and need to get another one, or is there a way to get around this? It appears that the part of the gpu that is getting interfered with is only part of its casing. Would you recommend I take it apart and maybe Dremel off the casing if that’s all it is? I’m trying to avoid spending more since this is only a budget build to use for a year(ish) and practice since I’ve been out of the game since mid 2000s
