Question regarding GPU’s

Hello, I’m fairly new to the building my own pc scene. I had a question regarding GPUs. I currently have 2 different graphics card and was wondering which would be better to put into my gaming pc. One is a ASUS GTX GeForce 1060 3gb with 2 fans , then the second is an MSI GeForce 1060 3gb with just a single fan. Does the fan make a difference? Which one should I use? I thought the asus was better so I currently have that one in but I think the MSI might be a newer card? I’m not too sure once again new to this scene.. I just don’t want to sell the better of the 2 gpu and regret it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
