Converting my D&D 5e game to Pathfinder 1e or 2e, any tips?

Post Body

So me and my friends have been playing our game for just a bit, and we've been wanting to play a bit of Pathfinder too since we find the more in-depth customization better for us. Well, that, and due to recent happenings I'm even more inclined to switch over.

No, I don't want to run the campaign from the very start, I want to convert specifically, preferably to PF 1e, but 2e works too. I don't expect it to be smooth, but at least we'll all be playing the game we want to play.

Characters:

  • A cleric (death domain)
  • Warlock (hexblade)
  • Monk (dragon),
  • Druid (basically a summoner for the party, gets giant spiders and all that)
  • Rogue (some kind of vampire assassin subclass)
  • Paladin with some homebrew oath
  • Wizard with mostly lightning and cold spells

Races are from a custom book that allow use for both D&D 5e and PF 1e, so there's no real issue switching races, it's the classes I'm worried about since I don't remember there being a warlock specifically. And magic items such as a blade that allows the use of Wish.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide <3
