RPM Decreased Drastically

So previously till mid-half of December, I was getting a rpm of around $12 but now it has decreased all the way to $5-6.
I know about the seasonal effect around December-January but last year around this time, it didn't decrease for me at all and remained the same which confuses me.
I'm wondering what could be the possible other reasons and will it remain like this for the rest of 2024? Or Will it change back? I would appreciate your thoughts, observations and suggestions.
