I'm just curious to understand. I have a 2 week old daughter and she's not difficult enough that I have to sacrifice all my "me" time. Although she takes up a lot of time, I still feel as if I have time to myself.
Do you basically have no "me" time with 2 or more children, and if so, how do you cope through it? Do you just switch your brain off and completely throw all expectations out the window? Do you just accept that children are your life now? Does it ever come back after a certain period of time?
I guess personally speaking, this is the thing that I'm struggling with most. Not having time for myself, and it's really affecting my mental health.
