I need help with my haunted apartment

Hey spooky peeps this is my first time posting here. I really need some advice. My apartment has had an extreme uptick in paranormal activity. It’s at the point where my dog is scared to be alone and he will hid in the corner of his crate until I get home. There is tapping on the walls and stuff being moved when I’m not home. I don’t know what to do I’ve tried to not give it attention but it seems to make it mad. If anyone can give me advices I’d really appreciate it. Thanks in advance !!!
