I work in a behavioral health facility for teens. The building is an older 3 story building (with a ground floor basement area) that used to be a hospital. The building does have what used to be a morgue as well as a crematorium on site. Many staff who work 3rd shift have claimed to see a spirit that they call the "lady in the blue dress" who was a patient that allegedly died there when it was a functioning hospital. While I havent seen any apparitions, I did have a weird experience. I work on a unit that is on the 3rd floor of the building. One night I was sitting behind what we call the T which is basically a desk like area where we can monitor the unit. Behind the T are two closets, one we use to keep the med cart which stays locked and another we used for document storage. I was with my team leader casually having a conversation when all of a sudden the door to the closet used for documents just randomly opened and opened all the way. Myself and my team leader just looked at each other, he finally broke the silence by asking if I saw what he saw. I shut the door to check to see if it actually latched shut and it did. Neither of us touched the door and there is no room in the closet for someone to hide and play a prank. I havent had anything happen after that, but i still think about what happened and continue to ponder.
