The original Endbringers were going to be 20 in number and much weaker. So when Eidolon made them, he pumped them up in power, maybe by merging the, together, removing restrictions or something like that. So why did High Priest make some of the Endbringers way more OP than others?

Tohu is without question the strongest Endbringer if she were activate during Ward since she would be able to copy the powers of the Titans. Even at the end of Worm, she was summoning Glaistig Uaine with Eidolon, Eidolon, and Myrridin. She could imitate a variety of other powers to outdo the other Endbringers and she could kill all other 5 Endbringers ganging up on her by using Titan Fortuna, Glaistig Uaine with Eidolon and Clockblocker and Gray Boy, and Sting.

Simurgh is next strongest. She has the flight, the precog, the scream, and the telekinesis. Plus whatever she can scrounge from nearby Tinkers. She's also incredibly formidable in Ward; if it were any other Endbringer other than her or Tohu vs Titan Fortuna they'd lose immediately. Her powers are so strong that she would be equally formidable even without Endbringer durability. Plus she's the general for the other Endbringers (a task that really should fall to Tohu copying Path To Victory but the Entities didn't foresee that). She's also an Endbringer that can actually kill her siblings with nanothorn technology.

Next is Khonsu due to inviolable time acceleration cylinders and teleportation. His reinforced forcefields make him even more annoying. Teleportation plus inviolable or near inviolable power put him above Behemoth and Leviathan.

Behemoth and Leviathan are around the same level, but Behemoth may rank slightly higher due to non Manton affected heating and more versatile ability. Leviathan does more damage to humanity and infrastructure, but that's because he's a tryhard, not because he's actually more dangerous than his siblings.

Bohu is lowest on the list for being a huge target and also because she's slow. She's pretty much completely outclassed and if the capes could select the next Endbringer to show up, they'd pick a lone Bohu every time.

Did Eidolon feel like the world needed a break after summoning Tohu? Was High Priest just trying to be as absolutely ruthless as possible when consolidating Simurgh and Tohu?
