Does anyone else's pandora refuse to skip or pause?

I hate that I have to come to reddit because pandoras c.s. is basically nonexistent.
I'll be connected to my truck or my earbuds and to skip a song, I'll have to completely kill the app to change a song. Has anyone had similar?
