What should I expect when going from kitchen help to cook
Post Body
I have been working at panda for about 2 months , our soon to be chef talked to my manager about starting to train me to become a cook, I’ve so far learned all fried dishes such as orange chicken, Beijing beef, honey walnut shrimp. This was prior to him talking to my GM. What should I expect in training and the things that go after that such as verbal tests, written tests and having a ACO watch over me as I cook. Any tips that could help?
