Hello! So nag-post ako dito before about moving to Angeles. Since we decided, naghahanap ako ng housing projects na fit sa amin. Yung nahahanap ko so far either projects na ang daming terrible reviews (poor quality ng house, security concerns, late turnover etc) or masyado namang high-end.

We're middle class so nasa market kami for a house in the range of 4-6m (kung may part na iloloan). We'll probably have a car so di magiging problema yung distance as much. For example, nakita ko maraming projects along Mabalacat-Magalang so feel ko that would be an okay place for us. Yung Hamana homes for example, I think yung type ng development na pasok sa range namin though nakita ko may issues with the developer and surrounding communities (pina-Tulfo pa nila lol) May mga direct to owner din kami pero usually cash hanap nila so di pa namin kaya.

Any housing projects I should take a closer look at? Sa mga nakatira na rin ngayon sa ibang housing projects, kumusta experience, which ones do you recommend and should avoid?
