How do I get Mohela to remove my interest?

I graduated in May 2020, and have therefore been in some form of interest free forbearance since. Yet my account shows accrued interest. When I ask the customer service representatives on the phone about it, they agree it shouldn’t be there and say “don’t worry it’ll go away” yet they don’t offer any information as to how or when. Anyone else in this same boat?
