For the past 3ish months a week before my period comes I get incredibly nauseous and I literally can’t sleep to save my life as well as dizziness. This is new for me and it’s driving me nuts. I talked to my doc and she just said 🤷🏼♀️ it’s just PMS. But there’s gotta be something I can do to relieve this shit right?! I seriously only have 2 weeks a month where I’m in good shape and it’s effecting my mental state. 1 week I’m bleeding and another week I’m holding on for dear life due to PMS. (No birth control and haven’t had any in years also not interested in taking any)
