So i'm not super savvy with I/O link yet and wondering if I can pick some brains here
I have a Balluff BNI007T Light.

AB Point I/O I/O link Master 1734-4IOL
1769 L36ERM processor Firmware version 34
After adding the IODD file for the light I am able to access configuration via the properties tab while offline
Here you can change it from segment mode to runlight (scrolling mode), adjust the brightness etc.
Starting at page 10 in the manual (link above) it shows what each bit does in the 3 modes.
In segment mode it works fine. By manipulating the bits I can change the color and make it steady o blink. I cannot figure out how to change the blink rate or switch it to runlight mode or change the background color.
If I set it to runlight mode I can't change the color. It stays whatever I had it at before I went offline, switched modes, and downloaded. All I can do is change the direction of the scroll.
I only have 8 bits I am able to play with once the IODD file for the device was installed and that device set up on a channel
There doesn't seem to be anything else in the tags that I can figure out how to match with page 13 of the manual.
Has anyone played with these before? This isn't do or die. I can set it in segment mode and it will work fine, but it seems more capable than that. We have some larger 3 segment lights from Balluff that have an AOI installed and those you can change everything from the program. They are also on Balluff masters.
I feel like I am just missing something. Come on. Someone make me feel dumb ;)
