What's the best way to cook pork liver?
I'm on a cut right now with a 1.5k calorie daily intake, I only eat chicken breast, Eggs and Tuna, as my source of protein for the whole food section.
Our nearby meat-shop was out of any of those two available kanina, I can't eat ground beef as it has quite higher calories compare to above-mentioned proteins.
I don't eat any kind of liver but I purchased one, pork, which has a significant amount of protein per 100gā to satisfy my protein daily intake.
I just cooked it right now and it tastes like shit!
Any whole food protein source option? Thanks.
