Super solid ng customer service ni Metrobank. I called them two weeks ago to close my Titanium card. Wait time to get a rep was short compared to other banks. When I got to their loyalty team I think retention nila, they gave me options to adress my concern: ayoko ng annual fee. Titanium card was tricky when it was advertised 180k spend for NAFFL. Di ko keri. The rep offered to waived it per year pero I know they have limits sa reversal so I asked I my card can be converted. Voila✨dumating after a week! With an increase CL. Twice the amount sa Titatnium card ko. No more worries sa annual fee. Thank you Metrobank! Keep up the superb service
