Right now im going through the most painful time in my life. I live in a basement aparment and the landlords parents told kicked my wife out in the middle of the night because she was screaming when I drawer landed on her foot and broke her nail and she was in extreme pain, they old man came down freaking out she has to go now. I felt like I had no choice and she tried walking to her friends house to find a safe place but could find any where in the middle of the night. She ended up trying to find a safe space and ended up getting raped. Now that I read up on the tenant landlord laws I want to fucking murder my landlord. How can I take them to court?
