Hi all! After 8 months of not receiving rent from terrible tenants, destroying our property and so so much more. We applied to get the sheriff to enforce the order that was put and he's coming tomorrow (Feb 1, 2023)... They sent me an email saying they're coming on the first, and they gave them a letter as well.
My only concern is.... Is it possible that the tenant went today to the sheriff's office and got them to delay the eviction? They already voided our last order because the tenants went to the office to appeal the order. Can they do ANYTHING now? I'm really concerned that they got a way to delay the order...
Also, what happens tomorrow... I've heard online that sometimes sheriffs gives them 10 minutes to get their things, other people said that I have to give them 3 days to get all of their stuff.
Thank you all!
