Going from University to a completely unrelated college program?

Hey guys,
I was studying business and law at TMU for the past two years, doing ok, not horribly, not amazingly. Passing. Now, I have a new path I want to take in life that relies on me going to college for a completely unrelated program. I'm just wondering how I would go about doing that? Do I transfer for just simply enrol on the Ontario college website and leave TMU?
Any advice is appreciated guys, thanks
