Hopefully you know what this is. The outer facade for kids, work, family to reassure them that everything is even-kelled. Can't risk a slippage by being unhappy, stressed or even having those unsettling thoughts about life the universane the point of it all. It seems all too easy to just focus on work, the day to day of the house and kids and then maybe background noise of a Netflix series.

Where are the hours long conversations about everything and nothing. Pressing one another about those unknowable things? Where's the passion, the excitement? Just seems like those are sacrificed for the mask and the facade of certainty and peace. Dead bedrooms, roommate situations, the loneliness in a marriage. All of it stems from the masks.

Perhaps this is just nonsense. The musings of just someone that's just tired from running the dishwasher the tenth time in two days and still cleaning up from Thanksgiving.

But I'd this strikes a chord, then let's have a conversation. Let's ditch the masks and just be raw open and brutally honest. It's the internet, let's embrace anonymity and for once be candid. Kind of like that whole Post Secret craze. Just with someone providing feedback and sharing their own.

I'm a 37 white, married dad, standing around 5'10". Salt and pepper hair brown eyes, average build. Been working on slimming down, trying to find time to read and just be more than my job and the television. I love history, philosophy, and yes even some more of the more esoteric subjects. I have a dry sense of humor, sarcastic, and am known to be a little more than self deprecating.

What I am looking for is a woman that is in the same situation, sarcastic, funny and yes a little kinky if it ever develop from that.
