Paid for premium and now I can’t login

Now I’m reading support doesn’t even get back to you. I’m so frustrated because I’m still getting emails that people are liking and sending me intros. I’ve restarted my phone, updated the app, deleted the app and reinstalled, tried logging on on my laptop, and nothing. I get random error codes. Did I get banned? I haven’t done anything to warrant a ban as I just started to become active on there after being semi inactive for a bit. Or is this an issue others are having right now?
