Search folders in the new Outlook?

Hello, I was able to switch to the New Outlook yesterday. I was surprised at how many features are missing and I have to admit I haven't used the online Outlook very much. One feature I did use the most was to have a search folder that displayed all Flagged email to and from me. Is there any way to get this functionality in the New Outlook? I see I can filter a folder, however, this seems to be only for one folder at a time such as Inbox or Sent. I would like to see all Flagged emails in one place.
