Help with airlink

Virtual desktop has always worked fine for me, but ai wanted to try the new airlink..I turned all the toggles, oculus on the computer says connected..then when it launches..turns black..three dots..then nothing..goes right back to the oculus Home Screen..what am I doing wrong?
