The past few months I’ve been struggling with anxiety, stress, and a few other mental health concerns. I neglected it at first, thinking it would get better. But when I approached my primary care physician about my concerns, he recommended it.
I did a session with one of the free counselors at OSU before but didn’t find their advice super helpful. They didn’t even follow up with me even though they said they would. So I didn’t consider it initially. But now I’m serious. Does anyone have resources they can suggest?
