Basically our ODP coach has been SLACKING and hired one of his childhood best friends to run the dept as a TL. Their first day they stole a full shopping cart of groceries by giving it out to someone personally and claiming it’s their “friend” (no order mistakes have happened in the last week to equate a full shopping cart of groceries). We called her out to the coach and store lead, and the people who did got fired for attendance at the end of that day. What a coincidence. After talking to the store coordinator, we got reinstated for cake decorating and we got a $5 raise. 4 market leads are having a meeting with all the coaches and management today as a result of the firing so hopefully things go well :) ALWAYS talk to everyone you can when fighting back and ALWAYS call ethics.
