This has probably been mentioned loads of times but I find 02 to be very bad for signal and download speeds.

When it says I have 5G I can’t connect or the connection is very slow.

The same applies on 4G with speeds less than 10MB/s in some areas.

To me 02 seems to be quite an expensive network in regards of phone and tariff costs and yet we get a terrible service. Every month I call up and complain and I’m given money off my tariff to compensate me.

I can even use 4G calling at my home address and I live in a big town.

Funny story but this is exactly what virgin used to do when my tv and broadband didn’t work, we’ll just give you money back.

I don’t want money back I want a decent service like we all do.

The signal coverage is so shocking on 02 I don’t know how they manage to keep customers. I’m seriously considering ending my contract with 02 as I like a decent service.

I don’t expect the world but in this day and age 4G should be practically everywhere these days and the speeds should be ideal.

If capacity is a problem, then increase it O2!
