Caffeine alternative for evenings?

Looking for some potential stimulants that can be taken in the afternoon that won’t interfere with sleep. With work I often have to drive long distances in the evening and have been using caffeine to stay awake. As expected this ruins my sleep, I often have to resort to melatonin and weed to combat this.
Has anyone got any recommendations of other stimulants that could be used later in the day?
