Post Body

I used to be prescribed modafinil because I hated my first line adhd medication. Then I switched doctors to one who now tells me it’s adderall or nothing. Sooooo I’m looking at flmodafinil. I’ve read on 2 other posts the flmodafinil can be toxic because the fluorine molecule gets cleaved and disrupts some form of cycle?

I know there’s also a chance some redditors are being know it all redditors. Sooo I need advice/help from more redditors. Could someone explain the chemistry difference or metabolism difference between modafinil and its flouronated counterpart.

Pardon my spelling.
