So i came out as NB a while back. I found a LGBTQ friendly job, i really liked the people and hated the job. Long story short i got a bad few days of anxiety during my training and got let go. (This didnt break my heart, ya there was cool people but way to much work for the pay)
The problem i then faced was finding a job "as me" I had a bunch of interviews but each time i showed up to the interview with makeup and more femme clothes (im AMAB) I never got call backs.
So because i needed a job badly. I just went in normal ol boy mode, and got the job which is great! But now i want to wear what i want to my new job, im just worried if i do that they will find a way to push me out. Has anyone else had this problem? And if so, how did you come out to your new employer?
