maybe when i was young (16/17) i couldn’t see the issues in healthcare. but now i’m a 4th year MD student and it’s wild how many PAs and DNPs call themselves doctors and how many people claim to be certified. They try so hard to sell themselves as DO/MD and lay people/patients will believe them. what’s gonna happen to primary care and other fields. I feel pretty safe in my specialty lol certain medical specialties don’t really have this issue but PCP and derm/cosmetic medicine will have to deal with this nonsense how many malpractice suit will occur before the government starts mandating title transparency….
