Hey everyone!
So I never workout, ever & would like to begin.
Iām following a program by CapriCurves & Iām overthinking if Iām doing the exercises correctly. For example, for the first Tuesday for the upper body portion, the program says I should do 5 rounds, 30 seconds on, 15 seconds rest of 1) push ups 2) triceps dip 3) commandos.
Should I do push ups for 30 seconds, rest for 15 seconds & then continue to do sets of push ups 4 more times?
Or should I do push ups for 30 seconds, rest for 15 then move on to triceps dip & commandos, & repeat all 3 for 4 more rounds?
I hope this makes sense. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
