How can I sync a document so it will appear on a website

Hi all,
I'm just wondering how I could input something on my phone. So it automatically updates on a section of a website?
I have a bit of coding knowledge, but just need a step in the right direction really.
Basically I want to make a list, that then will appear on the website. After that I want to develop it so it can have multiple tabs on the site.
