I had asked a question on their site about conditions for marriage in Islam, which there already were 6 other previously answered questions about similar to mine. I wanted to aks personally regarding my situation specifically, to make sure, but they kept dodging me. They did reply, but specifically dodged answering the question itself saying things like "just make duaa" or "ask a local imam". I asked a second time saying please do not give me obvious comments like "make duaa" but just let me know the Islamic rulings on a certain matter according to the jurisprudence. Once again, they replied with a non response. I then got annoyed and sent a third message asking why they dodge my question when they previously answered 6 questions on a similar topic as mine (I included the question IDs in my message to them). They then responded with this:
Because we are receiving a high volume of urgent questions, we are unable to answer your question at present. Please accept our apologies.
They have a very systematic way of accepting questions on their website. You have less than one minute at exactly 5:38 their time zone to send a message before their quota fills up. They only accept an X amount of questions at that time twice a day (although the quota is not disclosed). Meaning, they always receive the same amount of questions always. Anyway, I am writing this to hopefully help everyone out there who only trust them as a core source of information. They seem extremely unreliable and dodgy of actually giving answers. I was also wondering if anyone else has experienced the same thing with them??
