Don’t get me wrong: I understand that diet sodas aren’t ideal, and it is better to drink water instead. I only ask this question in the event I’m craving a diet soda every now and then. I’m trying to lose face fat by cutting out gluten and sugary drinks. I’ve done gluten free before back when I was like 15-16 and my face wasn’t that fat, but I was also heavily involved with PE and volleyball so that might have been a big factor. Either way, I know diet is very important with face fat.
Would drinking diet soda slow down or not be helpful at all in the journey to lose face fat?
