I see a lot of Americans defending the open carry, mass shooting epidemia they’ve been having for the last couple years, via words like “You have more chances of dying on a car crash” or “It’s not the weapon but the carrier”, and they always side track the fact that it’s a real thing that has happened, even close to their own hometowns or even at their local store/plazas.
I was wondering, as a NON AMERICAN, do you have this fear and/or do you think it’s irrational to be scared when being at the mall in a open carry state in USA? Do you fear for your safety when someone suddenly stands up in a movie theatre?
Is it irrational or Americans have become desensitized of the issue?
If you are American, I accept and respect your opinion, but know that this question is not aimed at you!
