How do you get a baby to go to sleep?

I have a cousin who has a 2 year old
I have to babysit them just for the 2nd time ( non negotiable I'm stuck in babysitting duty but this is the last time for a very long time )
Problem is that the toddler stays up all night because she sleeps during the day
How do I get her to go to sleep at night?
The mother who is my cousin..doesn't care
