Why do people from some countries, such as the Phillipines, India and Indonesia, tend to code switch more than others and mix their language with English in sentences?

I hope I got the term right. Code switching is as far as I'm aware when you mix two languages together to form sentences. I especially see Indians, Filipinos and Indonesians do it online, but how come some specific language speakers seem to do it more than others?

You rarely see Dutch or Polish people write sentences like this:

Hi, ik heb een vraag. How come mensen uit bepaalde landen seem to code switch veel meer dan anderen? Is het cultureel?

Hej, mam pytanie. How come ludzie z niektórych krajów code switchują way more niż inni? Czy to kwestia kultury?

Is it a cultural thing, or do their languages tend to lack good enough translations from what they want to say in English?
