I was thinking about it as of late - out of all your "mafias" and other criminal organizations, it is only Cartel, and Latino Gangs, that have seen growth over the past few years, even to the point of expanding their bizz overseas. That made me think - where will it lead? Logically speaking, at this point, if they unite, there is a very possible chance that they might transaction from a crime organization into full blown militia? I mean, they are already armed like one, almost - or, other options is going legit. Sorta impossible right now, given how they deal mostly in drugs, but if narcotics, say, become legalized, cartel could very easily dominate and monopolize the market. Long story short, yeah, what do you think? It's just interesting, and worrying, but I also just want to understand why, and how, cartel keeps growing and getting stronger vs all other crime organizations.
