What do "regular" women get out of flashing their genitals on Instagram?

I'm not talking about those that are advertising for only fans or similar, but the otherwise normal Instagram accounts that occasionally post quick shots of their breasts or vaginas. Like what are they actually getting out of it? Is it simply all for the attention? I know they just want more followers, so is that just the easiest way to get them? And once they do have all those followers, then what? I don't think they can sell to advertisers based on their sexual content, but I could be wrong
