When buying gifts for someone should I aim for price matching to previously received gifts from that person?

So pretty much my gf got me a $200-300 blender (it’s a fancy brand, didn’t ask for it but mentioned wayyy before that I was gonna buy it myself because I liked the look) she got for me as a bday gift, and hers is coming up soon and I’m wondering should I be aiming to match the price she spent for my gift?

Like it’s not a matter of not knowing what she likes or what gift to give her, but more like I have several ideas that I think would be better to give to her during Hanukkah, like one each day. So her birthday gifts will be like $150ish and Hanukkah will be like $400
