Did They Break Galaxy Waypoints? (PC)

Had a mission to collect a plant so I do what I normally do, go back through discoveries and mark a planet to go to. Except suddenly that no longer works. The waypoint doesn't show up and it just points me to a wrong plan over and over. (Yes I have it set to waypoint) Looking in discoveries I somehow have multiple Waypoints selected...can I fix this or is it broken?
