questions! I'm new to no fap

I wanna stop jerking off because I lost way too much time. About 2-5 times a day, even when I'm not horny or feel like it. I consider myself a sex/dating addict although I've stopped it and only sleep with 1 girl now.
- Can I fap without porn?
- sex doesn't count right?
- am I gonna have wet dream now? The longest without touching myself was 3 days and it was hell.
I'm trying to get a grip on myself, my life is going nowhere, depressed, no energy, no ambitions, suicidal etc.
