Recently I put out a help post and the amount of support I got was shocking. I’ve started by slowly getting off porn. I know from all the times I’ve quit just suddenly stopping it dosent help. I’m stopping myself from the daily watch and I’m thinking to myself only once a week then once a fortnight. It’s going to be a journey. Thanks for all the links and support!
