I feel like its getting better and better control and less urges.
A few times in my dreams, porn somehow pops up but I don't act on any urges when I do wake up.
I have masturbated though to real sexual experiences that I have had in my head but no porn, which is good mental release and to keep the focus on beating my addiction.
and the plan is to keep on going.
