Nilou as Main DPS in a Bloom Team?

Hello all!
I'm so glad I got Nilou & her weapon, and I'd like to use her as the main DPS on her team (the most screen time).
I see a lot of posts talking about her being a main DPS for a vape team, but not bloom.
Does she work as the main DPS for a 2D2H bloom team? Her teammates will be Nahida, Yelan, & Yaoyao (c6).
If it does, I'm guessing I would be prioritizing her sword dance over whirling steps?
