How to know when to switch Niches?

Post Body

Much as I enjoy gaming and making gaming content, I've been having more focus on game dev lately and noticed that the release trailer of the classic version of my game, which came out around 6 months ago, is (not counting yt shorts) doing the best on my channel, about double then the 2nd best performing video on my channel.

Since I am enjoying game development better and seemingly my audience does as well, should I shift my channel from random game reviews (which probobly is the reason i've not grown much, still only at 411) to game devlogs and maybe even tutorials on how to make one's one game?

Please let me know your thoughts on this in the replies, and thank you all for taking the time to do so.
