Kid was driving the big the other day and the starter did not disengage had some what of violent shut down thru a belt. Anyways replaced belt and starter still cannot get it to turn over EPC light is on and everything else works even pulled the new starter and had it tested to make sure it was good. Any ideas??? And yes the battery is charged
