Please read this, it means a lot to me.
I have tried to push this back farther and farther and farther. Now I'm against a brick wall. All of this is our own doing, but I tried to find a way to refresh, rejuvenate the city. But, putting it simply, I was let down. I can't build a city on my own, guys. After all the bickering, the debating, the drama, there was still no city. And that was simply it.
Cities are not built with words. Making laws will not get you a community. The vast majority of creating a society is being involved. Being involved in the game. Except there was no one. No one to help me smelt the stone, or reinforce the houses, or renovate the relief centre. The place was a ghost town, and it was damn depressing.
I joined civcraft to have fun. And when I walked on that gravel path by the empty houses, I was not having any fun. And so, I am going out to find that adventure, that involvement, that sense of community we achieved so well before the reset.
I am not giving any speech about how appreciated you all are; you already know that. And it's not like I'm dying either, I'm not going to hide away and become insane. I'll still be playing, I'll still be that same old guy with the moustache down the path that runs zombocom. Actually, if any of you have a project you need help with, give me a shout (really, I would love to be invited).
So, wrapping up what has probably been the best time I've ever had on Civcraft, ever. I'm not going to say goodbye, but rather good luck. (Really, ask me for help or I'll go insane.)
PS: WELCOME TO ZOMBOCOM! lol :D
