To the right of GTA's house is a giant crater. Go down the stairs until you reach spruce wood entrance, and inside are the factories.
I protected them with a group called NAfactory. If there is another group I should use, please do tell. Regardless they do need to be reinforced. Comment below for access, etc.
I need somebody to give the factories recipes and get them working. I can try to do this on my own, but it will be difficult to get the resources.
