Topic 1: Deadbones

*Deadbones was regarded poorly and not trustful by some members of the MQ council. The words were not very nice.

*Overlord [MINUTES REDACTED]

*We shouldn't view others poorly just because of their views on deadbones

*We can't force our religious following of DB on others

Topic 2: Swammies

*No selling permitted in MQ now. Possession legal.

*Possession may not last long though. Nisovin does not like it.

*DB no opinion. We may make it legal, or illegal, or something. Open to discussion.

Topic 3: MQ as loyal.

*Rebel activities outlawed.

*We accept it. We are still neutral.

*If a district is rebel, may not participate in x-district meet.

*Slums is rebel, but no gov.

Topic 4: Ambassador

*We should have a council member as ambassador. No need to worry about it, for now.

*Hawk is our de-facto bridge right now in a way. Not many are willing to come to NW. She does want better relations b/t districts.

Topic 5: Alliance

*Someone in MQ misinterpreted our goodwill through Hawk. Bonesong cleared it up at the meeting.

*We want better communication, not a written alliance. Yet.

*Alliance may not be a good idea, as trouble from district may trap others, may be targeted by other districts.

*Alliance are formed for mutual benefit and times of war.

*What happens if lords fight? What would happen if the districts are allied at that point?

Topic 6. LPD

*Most districts do not like them, except for Cloud.

*Sudden power lead to corruption and expansion. They were not prepared for that much responsibility.

*The LPI (Lords police investigation, division of LPD) in vineyard is still operating, but in ruins post zombie invasion. Need to ask Overlord about LPI.

Topic 7: "MQPD"

*May not take effect for a while. Still need training from Nisovin.

*Effect on us? Not likely. Other districts' laws should not affect ours, and vice versa.

*MQ's has an application process. There are interested groups.

*If the MQPD has magic weapons, who is to police them in return?

*Hawk say they (MQ council? Interested group in becoming MQPD) do not wish harm.

*Selectivity may reduce chance of corruption and power running wild.

*We're okay if one is formed.

Topic 8: Charter of MQ

*Not decided on, but says decides council every 4 weeks. A bit long.

*We have biweekly, seems nice at the moment.

Topic 9: Parade at MQ

*To honour Nisovin and boost moral. Should be open to all.

Misc. discussion

*We don't have a lot of resident, but a high community presence.

*Getting more people, mostly on the border of district.

*MQ is targeted by lord X at the moment.
